Ri.Set Decor & Design respects the privacy of its employees, clients, potential clients and suppliers. This privacy policy describes who we are, how we may use your data, how we handle your data, with whom we share it, how long we keep it, as well as how you can contact us and exercise your rights.

Considering the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament, and the Council of April 27 2016 (GDPR), which regulates the protection of natural individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data; as well as the Law nº 58/2019 of August 5, which ensures its implementation in the Portuguese Legal System, below we describe our Privacy’s Policy:

This company is the responsible for processing your personal data based on the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal data categories:

The personal data processed are those expressly requested and especially those that are indicated as mandatory to provide sales services, and services of renting of decoration products and furniture:

  • Data identification: full name, phone number, postal address, e-mail, tax identification number (for billing purposes), bank details (for payment purposes), and other data that is needed to the proper execution of the services ordered.
  • Geolocation data: you must activate this option and manually insert the data requested to enable us to identify the place where you are.

 

Necessity of providing data:

The requested data is necessary for Ri.Set Decor & Design to provide the service. If you do not give your data (or if you do it incorrectly), we will not be able to deliver the requested or hired services.

The data’s owner guarantees to be of legal age and the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may occur as a consequence of the default of this obligation.

All personal data will be treated confidentially and must be adequate, relevant and not excessive for the purpose for which is intended.

Ri.Set Decor & Design will process your personal data for the following purposes: customer’s management, potential customers, and litigation’s management.

 

Communication and Marketing:

Ri.Set Decor & Design may process your data to send you information about its products and services. This data processing will only be performed with your consent, given at the time your data is collected. The failure in providing your personal data (name, e-mail, and, if applicable, phone number or address), prevents the company from sending you commercial communications.

If you consent to receive our newsletter, you will receive marketing communications about our products and other news via email, SMS, mail or social networks.

Profiling

In order to improve our products and services, Ri.Set Decor & Design may process your personal data to evaluate your economic situation, personal preferences, interests, reliability and behavior.  The company will not make any decision based on your profiling that might have any effect on its legal sphere. This data processing will be carried out only with your consent, given at the time of data’s collection. You can revoke this data processing at any time. 

Data’s Communication

Ri.Set Decor & Design may use third parties to provide certain services. In some cases, these third parties may have access to personal data entrusted to them for the provision of services, and Ri.Set Dec nor & Design undertakes to restrict such access as necessary, and to implement the appropriate security measures.

The subcontractors will process the personal data of Ri.Set Decor & Design customers of behalf of and in the name of Ri.Set Decor & Design, and must take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, modifications, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing data. This will be clear and explicitly defined in the contract signed between Ri.Set Decor & Design and any third entity.

If required by law, your personal data may also be disclosed to judicial or administrative authorities.

Period to store personal data

The period of time for which the data is stored and kept may vary according to the purpose for which the information is processed, and will be kept for the necessary time to apply the respective rights, up to a maximum of 10 years.

Whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and kept only for the minimum time needed considering the purposed that motivated their collection, or their subsequent processing. After that, all data will be deleted.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Ri.Set Decor & Design reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in case of any updated needed in accordance to the current legislation of personal data’s protection. We will notify in advance the users about any changes introduced in the document.
