Terms and Conditions for Rentals

Please read our rental terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. Your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General terms

The Lessee assumes responsibility for caring for, cleaning and returning all listed products in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Pricing Policy

Rental prices vary depending on the rentals period, quantity of goods and extra services that may be requested.

Ri.Set Decor & Design reserves the right to change prices due to price increases for various reasons, such as price increases by suppliers, distributors, new taxes, similar situations or other situations, which may influence maintenance costs.

Pick-up and Drop-off

Each rental term should be done by a minimum of 1 day. Pick-up and drop-off service is available at the location that will be communicated later. The time will be scheduled according to the needs of both parties. When picking up the goods at the warehouse, the customer must deliver the contract, and the term and responsibility form signed and stamped by company responsible.

Terms of Payments

Payments must be entirely done when the items are collected. The amount can be paid in advance by bank transfer or can be paid at the time of pickup in cash (exact amount).

A refundable security deposit will be required at pickup to serve as a rentals’ guarantee. This amount will be charged in case of any goods that are returned late than agreed, not returned at all, returned damaged, or not returned clean and ready to be used. If the goods are returned on time, in the same condition as rented, the security deposit will be returned.

Cleaning and Repairs

Prices are kept low due to the involvement of lessees in the care and cleaning of products after use. Additional cleaning and repair fees are kept out of our rental prices; however, a fee will be charged if items require cleaning or minor repairs. Please examine and clean the goods before returning them.

Damage

If a product is damaged, not returned, or comes into breach of clauses six and seven of the contract, the lessee shall pay the double of the daily rental price in addition to the replacement cost of the mentioned product, if applicable. Such charges will be applied through the security deposit and a remaining amount will be charged after the rental, if applicable.

Delayed Returns

The daily rental rate will be automatically charged for each day of delay of products that not returned on the agreed date.

About the products

Ri.Set Decor & Design will make an effort to try to show colors and finishes as realistically as possible. Given the different digital reproduction contrasts on different computer platforms, or light contrasts, the exact color definition cannot be guaranteed. The color you see on the screen may differ from the color or the ordered product.

Ri.Set Decor & Design will inform you that some products may have some defects or damage. In the description of the product, you will access all the relevant information, and/or a photograph of the existing issues or damages. In any case, these products are in the necessary conditions to be used. The lessee, when viewing the goods, whether through the website or in our warehouse assumes to acknowledge of the actual damages, and accepts the conditions and the proposed values.
